All our products carry warranty against material and component defects and faulty workmanship. All these warranties offered are the manufacturers warranties and not that of Lightweight Traveller Pty Ltd.
However, Lightweight Traveller will honor any faulty manufacturing for up to six months even if the manufacturers warranty is less than that.
In the case of a warranty issue, we will liaise with the manufacturer to solve the problem. Please contact us for a "Return Approval Code" before shipping the goods back.
