Shipping & Delivery

Our aim is to dispatch your goods within 4 working days of your order. We will contact you by phone to verify payment and delivery details.

Depending on where you live in Australia, the method of shipping will be either by Courier or Australia Post. If you require a fast delivery, Express Post can be organised. We will ship only to location addresses, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

International orders are also welcome, and we will ship to addresses throughout the world. We will confirm shipping costs and method before delivery. International purchasers please note that any import duties or charges levied by the destination country must be paid by the purchaser.

If for some reason the item you have chosen is not available, we will notify you within 24 hours, and either refund any monies paid, or find you an alternative.


Lightweight Traveller treats any personal contact details collected as a result of enqiries in the strictest confidence. We will not reveal any information that will identify you by name, address, email address or credit card details to any other individual or company. If you supply us with your postal address, email address or mobile number, you will receive periodic mailings from Lightweight Traveller with information about new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know. The information you have given us will only be used for the intended use, including processing a sale and organising delivery.


You can shop online with confidence with Lightweight Traveller. Our website supports SSL based transactions from a browser, to the level twice that required by the bank - 256 bit encryption - that means your information is safe. The banking gateway we have chosen is accredited with our bank, so the bank has ensured that they have performed the necessary security requirements to protect your data.

Returns & Replacements

Please contact our Head Office for a "Return Approval Code" before shipping the goods back to us.

Products purchased online from Lightweight Traveller come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If the goods you ordered are not quite what you had in mind, you can return the item for an exchange or a refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All returned items need to be in perfect unused condition complete with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us before returning it as this may save you some unnecessary costs.

We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.

Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturers warranty. Please see our Warranty section

Pricing:  All prices are shown in Australian dollars, and are GST inclusive.

Visa Card,  Mastercard and American Express (Note: Your credit card details are encrypted for your security)

Other payment methods are available when purchasing by Phone Order.

Viewing Orders

Click on the "Login" button to log into your account. Recent orders will be displayed on the dashboard, a full list can be viewed by clicking the "My Orders" link in the sidebar.

Updating Account Information

Name, email address and password information can be maintained by clicking on the "Account Information" link. Addresses for shipping and billing can be amended by clicking the "Address Book" link. Press "Save" on the respective pages to save any changes.
